What creates radiant health?

Good health begins by consuming the right foods and supplements to balance your body terrain. We need adequate rest, sunshine, exercise, pure water and natural foods to be truly healthy.

Why is nutrition important?

Why is nutrition important? To work properly, all body functions and metabolic activities require nutrients to work - that means proteins, carbohydrates, fats, water, vitamins, minerals, enzymes and so on. And although your body can create some of those things, most of it has to come from what you consume, in a form that your body can utilise. Food is your fuel, nutrition is needed for you to have energy to do things, to grow, to heal and to repair.
We are all individuals, and different nutrients are needed to bring each one of us back into balance and good health again. When your body is given what it needs it can help itself and have energy.
I don't diagnose or treat illness, I assess emotional and nutritional needs based on genetic dispositions and what is going on. My therapies are holistic, consisting of FSM Frequency Specific Microcurrent, detoxification, managing stress and emotional issues, and providing diet and nutritional supplements that are administered in a scientific manner based on research.
